Our Industrial Machinery.

We have some of the most up-to-date machines in the industry, helping us to create our top-quality ironmongery. We are the proud owners of:

• 4 x 3-axis Vertical Machining Centres. These perform milling, boring, drilling, tapping and thread cutting operations as required.
• 4 x 2-axis Turning Centres. These clever machines can act as turning centres and mills, meaning less machinery is needed overall.
• A 3-axis Turning Centre with Sub-Spindle and Driven Tooling. These machines allow both ends of the component to be milled simultaneously, reducing the need for loading and unloading of parts. They also allow contoured, rapid cuts.
• 2 x Turret Mills. Ideal for smaller jobs, these machines are part computerised to allow for speedier movement of materials. Performing a range of jobs such as cutting, planing, drilling and contouring, these mills get the job done efficiently.
• Automatic Bandsaw. With intuitive controls, this bandsaw allows the operator to program cutting parameters, meaning optimal workflow of raw materials.
