We work extensively with brass and offer this option on a number of our standard products, as well as crafting bespoke ironmongery to suit special requirements. Simply choose polished brass unlacquered (PBUL) or satin brass unlaquered (SBUL) from the ‘more filters’ option on our products page to see our wide range.

Our work with brass.

We are more known for our work with grade 316 steel ironmongery, however as long as we’ve been working with steel, we’ve also worked with brass! Our machines are perfectly configured to work with this beautiful metal – and our staff know how to make the most of the sunshine tones brass brings to the table. From crafted cutting through to perfect polishing, brass passing through the Instinct Hardware factory is treated with the highest respect…meaning the end product is strong and stunning.

Bespoke Brass Case Studies

We have crafted some beautiful pieces from a simple design or even a thought! Recently we have worked on dramatic entrance handles for Lavo and cut-out handles for Six by Nico. We also worked on solid brass handles for the award-winning Cambridge Mosque. Our job is to make sure that your ideal handle can be brought to life, which we can achieve thanks to our extensive range of CNC machines.
